  Week 3/20 and Lesson 21 Printout Dear Parents, Congratulations to all the students who have completed their 4th English exam. Children will receive their exam papers on Monday (3/27), please ensure they have completed and corrected their corrections with a blue pencil by Tuesday (3/28). After the big test, we started and finished Lesson 21 — Phonics for two groups. The green group completed Lesson 17 — Grammar book and the blue group will complete/finish the text book activity on Monday and we will continue all the class discussions this week .   Week 3/13 and Test Week Printout Dear Parents, Next week will be our test week. The English test will be on 03/23  Thursday and the Math & Science test will be on 03/24  Friday.  I have sent all the books home to the kids so they can study them throughout the weekend. I will let the students know when they need to bring the books back to School. This week, we reviewed all the Lesson from L16 to L19 spelling words/vocabulary words/weekly sentences, phonics and grammar lesson for both groups. For the green group (201B), I will give them more grammar review next week, after which we will start reviewing cornerstone stories. Ask them to read the story in advance. For the blue group (203A), we are done reviewing the stories in the Journeys book (Ugly Vegetables and Super Storm). Week 3/6 and Lesson 20 (Review Week) Printout Dear Parents, Today, we had our field trip at Yehliu Ocean World and Yehliu Geopark. Kids enjoyed the field trip because they get to see real life ocean creatures and geological formations. Next week  (3/13-3/17)  will be all about Lesson 20 and we will start reviewing for the upcoming exam.   Test scopes were glued in communication book. Have a nice weekend! Week 3/1 to 3/3 Dear Parents, Thank you all for coming to see us last Friday, we are really happy to meet all of you! Last week was a very short week and we were unable to complete this week's lessons. This week we will continue with Lesson 19 (3/6-3/9). Due to a very busy week, we need to move the weekly test to Thursday (March 9th). Ask your kids to review Lesson 19 ahead of time.  Please check out my previous blog for Lesson 19 printout. Thank you!
